Pros

Remote & flexible working schedules allowed but is given at your manager's discretion- no corporate-wide culture.

Cons

-Low pay (well under market rate) -Poor HR culture- HR rep is not on your side. -Consistent increases in responsibilities while minimizing availability of resources. Associated pay increase either nonexistent or negligible. -Inequitable distribution of work within department -Extremely bureaucratic -Managers can get in the way of promotions/inter-department transfers. -Corporate politics- need to align with the right people to advance. Advancement not necessarily based on merit or ability.

Pay is at market at best Moving away from hybrid work model to onsite model Currently in transition to merge with TCL. Beware of layoffs Processes are bureaucratic- difficult to take swift action Work model is fairly flat, leaving few opportunities for upward career growth
