CEO and company direction/strategy is the worst. No business strategy at all and the company is full of fashion kid wannabes. I have worked in many fashion companies but never in such an un-structured one. Working with juniors is wonderful for the energy and dedication they usually put in but if not managed properly it is unefficient. There are many managers but all of them are either sheeps that follow without guidance or have in reality zero power over the CEO final ever decision = unproductive micro management. Noone ever take responsability for its action. Senior advice is not welcome and you will be thanked if you go against them or not approve their decision (or undecision). It is the highest team turnover I have ever seen in my career, which does not help in settling team work efficiency and collaboration. If you are a professional please spare yourself.
