Pros
close knit team members. A lot of cross-functional teams communication, you learn a lot . Good to start out and gain experience. Highly flexible time, but needs strong accountability.
Cons
major disconnect between management and employees. Unclear directions / changing of directions so often it got confusing. nepotism is rampant but some can do work so still okey. highly flexible also means you might need to do work during weekends.
