Pros
Great company with management that legitimately cares. You never feel intrusive if you need to knock on one of their doors to talk. Same goes with the supervisors/team managers within the individual groups. My former supervisor was easy to talk to, explained new tasks and critiqued your work when necessary without being condescending or gruff - which I always appreciated as it made me want to improve all the more. Unfortunately, as an introvert this path ultimately wasn't for me. But if you've got the extrovert, confidence, and dedication you can do very well for yourself. They just moved into a brand new office, growing exponentially every year, and outside of short term interns I don't recall any employee turnover in my 9 months there.
Cons
Double edge sword answer, because it's both a Pro and Con. Company buys lunch for 50+ people every day and has it delivered to employees. The Pro side is it is another expression of employee appreciation to do so. The Con side, while completely understandable due to the size of the staff and the non-stop responsibilities, has employee still tied to their work while eating lunch without getting real breather. I was a operations support member, and I was allowed to take off for 30 minutes when I had everything updated/team and boss were aware of ongoing issues, and it was an appropriate moment to ask for a break. I very much appreciates that
