Management is so wish washy! They change policies frequently. Can’t ever keep straight what is expected. They have a minimum hours “requirement” but it can be hard to get those hours to meet the requirement and nothing happens if you don’t meet it anyway. You aren’t treated as a valued employee, just another number. Don’t really accommodate breastfeeding mothers by not giving adequate time or space to pump.
