Really bad culture - Firmware Engineer Sotera Wireless Employee Review

Management is terrible. Micromanaging, ill-informed, indecisive, and generally fake. We thought we were going in the right direction, but executive management from Foxconn was destroying our culture. In 2019, they eventually brought new management in, promoted a few good people from within. This all started to fall apart when Foxconn leadership tied hands. Then the good people started leaving in late 2019 as the culture got worse from Foxconn. This year has been really bad with covid, but worse as new management that stepped in this year were old management from 2018. It's all going down hill.
