Pros
- Great corporate partnerships and benefits (including free rides) -Generally fun, light-hearted work environment (lots of events/social gatherings, etc.) - A fast-paced + intriguing working environment with a decent opportunity to grow with the company
Cons
- The speed at which the company (nation-wide is growing) is too fast given current studios success (i.e. focus in on nailing hospitality, quality of classes, and studio functionality before building a new studio down the road.) -Staff is often lacking race and socio-economic competency --doesn't come up a ton but does impact marketing and how FD and management interact with the riders
