Amazing perks and gives you the opportunity to have a very healthy and fit lifestyle. Most studios have partnerships with the nearest Equinox gyms and boutique fitness chains. All Soul employees can take free class at any studio and bring guests.
Cons
The pay is terrible. Managers start off making $50K a year. In markets where the cost of living is much lower this is okay, but in NYC or LA it’s impossible to live off this pay. The pay gap between instructors and the field is the company’s biggest issue. You’re working with top instructors that make a few hundred thousand dollars a year so no wonder the budget for field pay is so low.
