Thank you for taking the time to let us know how you’re feeling- we are here to listen and help. SoulCycle was built on a culture of community and kindness to others, and we strive to bring that to our riders and staff every single day! We do appreciate you - we appreciate you putting in long hours and hard work for us and for helping make our community strong. We are so sorry if you ever felt mistreated or overlooked - we hate that that was the case. We want to hear from everyone so we can take all feedback and become a better SoulCycle.
