Pros

Taking this space to give more insight on the cons - no job security at all - founders will scream on you and insult infront of the entire department. - Not at all employee friendly policies, you can be fired if the founder doesn’t like your attitude. - filthy and dirty place in terms of hygiene, from bad fish smell to urine and poop of dogs and cats over the floors, stairs and other places - They will force you to write unprofessional emails - Micromanagement to another level - employee are told to buy products and put reviews and get some products free ( misleading the online customers ) - Aggressive dogs are kept open and calm ones are caged, the aggressive one has already bitten a dozen of employee and staff, still it is free to roam

Cons

- If you ever see good reviews over here then that is a play of internal management with the help of few employees -Join this place if you want to get mentally destroyed and loose your self confidence - Employees are not at all friendly - No work life balance, you can get a message from the management at midnight also - Unrealistic targets - They amend the policies as per their mood - No structure and horrible work culture - Overall the worst place i ever came across in my 17 years of career experience.

Pros

Working at Soulflower feels more like being part of a family than just a workplace. The team is supportive, approachable, and genuinely cares about your growth. There’s a strong emphasis on learning — whether you're an intern or a full-time employee, your ideas are heard and encouraged. The work culture is transparent and collaborative. No rigid hierarchies — you can walk up to anyone, including the leadership, and have a conversation. I personally learned a lot about customer experience, brand building, and how products are developed right from the farm to the shelf. What makes Soulflower different is the purpose behind the work — everything is deeply connected to sustainability, wellness, and supporting local communities. You feel proud to be associated with a brand that is truly “Made in India” and stands for something meaningful. Also, the workspace is calm, creative, and filled with positive energy. There’s a lot of encouragement for trying new things, taking initiative, and owning your responsibilities.

Cons

It can be fast-paced at times, so time management becomes important. But it’s a good kind of hustle that helps you grow.
