      The owner doesn’t know how to run a business. Really disorganized. Wouldn’t trust him with my books.

      Owners and co-workers are good people - very polite, supportive and accommodating, Flexible schedule (especially if remote) with competitive pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Small company, so expect to wear a lot of hats.
