      very nice people that go out of their way to help both patients and coworkers

      Cons

      healthcare in general has been taking a hit with current economy and now new medical care laws will benefit patients that need it but hospitals and insurance companies are going scrambling to make ends meet

      Your fellow Nurses are some of the best you'll meet.

      Pros

      It is an easy commute, has free parking. The employees are terriffic, and great to work with. The hospital provides excellent clinical care for a community hospital. Should get better after we get through bankruptcy, and the sale with Montefiore Medical Center is completed.

      No pension (should change with Montefiore takeover) No raises (should change with Montefiore takeover) No growth opportunities (should change with Montefiore takeover)
