Pros
Some of the worker bees are very good people, unfortunately they are employed by a management that knows very little about how to treat people.
Cons
The fallout rate of the production process was so high that much of the work done is scrapped as junk. With this being the case, production management would just overload the systems in place to try and make up for the loss. In a well managed production environment, you would have engineering solve the road blocks and maximize production. You would expect yields to be very high, not just scrap the crap and start more material thru the process. The engineering team seemed to be clueless. Never would they listen to ideas from the production staff to solve problems, even when solutions were apparent.
