Pros

The people there are awesome. Made a lot of friends mainly because there is a "we are all in this together" attitude.

Cons

Pay stinks. You work tons of overtime on fire-drill after fire-drill (its a regular occurrence) but there is no compensation for it. Raises are minimal. The sales people that some of us had to work with are complete jerks. They demand immediate work on their clients because they are the ones making the buck off of them. We never got any profit sharing when we did all the work.

Pros

Great co-workers and managers. You are encouraged to grow and use your talents. Management is very supportive and has high expectations.

Cons

Sometimes long hours and tight deadlines. You need to have discipline to keep your personal time. Scheduling and prioritization of work could be better.

Pros

Get to work on some challenging problems. You can improve your problem solving skills. The engineers there are generally smart, even some of the managers and VP.

Cons

-Disconnected Departments -Micromanagement by managers and VPs -Unwilling to look into new technology -Company is publicly losing money every quarter; more stress on employees -Preferential treatment for certain employees who in good graces with the VP -Bad work environment - you can sense the tension as soon as you walk in -Very old code base - fun trying to debug issues. -No appreciation -Management insults and degrades you on occasion -Company is headed in wrong direction. -This company has no idea about modern technology. This not a place to work if you have any type of creativity at all. VP dictates everything. This company is publicly in trouble. They are losing money every quarter and despairingly trying to make the company profitable.
