      My manager and team were great. Offices are nice. Nice social experience before Covid

      Cons

      Upper management is toxic. Constant uncertainty with state of company. Zero opportunity for personal development. Constant "restructuring". Loyalty is rewarded with nothing but empty promises.

      The culture is great; everyone who works there truly cares about keeping the product alive. The people who work here are great people overall too

      Resources are really limited, there's often a lot of organization change. strategy changes really quickly without structure
