- Almost no formal communication / process - Lack of internal data resources - It feels impossible to accomplish anything, the system feels like it actively prevents productivity - Workflow processes rarely stick, change every few months if not more frequently - High turnover - Felt like most people had only been there 2 years or less when I joined - Many rounds of layoffs in the last few years - Departments do not communicate with each other - Lack of team meetings means poor internal communication - Slack is the main means of communication.
