      Pros

      Great place to work. The company is growing on a daily basis. Employees are very soft and helping. If you have the caliper then you can grow in this company.

      Cons

      Perks are not that great, as it is still growing. Leave policies needs to be looked at. Can grow into a beautiful company to work with.

      Pros

      Great way to enter the industry and to gain more experience as a newer engineer. Staff and management are very prompt to respond to questions and inquiries. Benefits for employees are quickly increasing too. Overall, great company!

      Cons

      None. Benefits and compensation are completely dependent on the contracting company, and some decisions may take longer because of bureaucracy. Those ave not been issues in my personal experience, however.
