      This company has interesting technologies and has built up manufacturing bases in Asia to achieve effective cost control in the past 8 years.

      Cons

      The company is very cost conscious and is in very price competitive markets that have cyclical good years and bad years and profitability is not consistent.

      A great place to work cares about and supports its employees while also challenging them to grow with the company.

      There is no downside for me, actually If I have a chance, I want to work again with the company.

      They provide good health insurance, 401k. Flexible attendance. New building, facing a pond with wild life.

      Cons

      Management team is not ideal but most of them are good to work with. Salaries are not satisfactory Layoffs happen every now and then
