4yThanks for your comment. Expectations comes in both ways. Work pressure will come in any form in any companies, whether big or small (i.e. startup). What is important is the expectation of the person and the kind of work pressure one can take in order to grow in terms of career. As the common saying goes, "when the going gets tough, the tough gets getting". In the startup world, things are going to be competitive and tough.
