Pros
Small company, so an intimate environment.
Cons
Since it's a small company, they'd rather line the pockets of top managers than give to the hardworking employees. No raises ever given (5+ years). No yearly evaluations. No bonuses. No opportunity for growth. No company meetings. No office morale. Will lie to new employees because they're desperate for help. Refuse to allow remote work even though it's entirely possible. It's a dying business (check printers) and the CEO's mindset is outdated and won't acknowledge his faults.
