- Still in a transitionary stage between small boutique consultancy & larger consultancy, some rough edges around internal processes and procedures - Due to the previous point, Sourced is more suited to those who are pro-active 'go-getters/self-starters', which can be slightly intimidating or difficult for those who are maybe technically strong, but a little on the reserved side (improving, support available via squad structure if flagged). - Bit of a juggling act for seniors managing multiple sites or roles (squads
