- Everybody has been warm and welcoming and they all seem to enjoy their jobs - The company is building exciting things that they believe in - Little hand-holding or wasted time before getting into the real work; high agency is valued - The candidate and onboarding processes were some of the best I have experienced when joining a new company

- Fantastic Trips - Generous Parental Leave - Office Budget - Always have everything you need to do your job It’s a good job with what I still believe to be incredible tech. The fact that this behemoth of a software works as reliably and smoothly as possible is a testament to quite a few generations of talented and smart individuals. It’s not until you step away from using it as a daily driver that you really realize it’s like a Ferrari, they only make a few every so often and the engineers that work on them care about every single bolt.

Running a business takes incredible acumen and at times shrewd choices. With a step backward I think there was a lot of missteps here with handling finances and the optimism that came with low interest rates. Most devs don’t realize how this thing even works let alone how or why it will improve their productivity.
