Pros

- Super flexible hours - Remote (and a great culture for remote workers) - Transparent and timely compensation, with a bonus structure that is responsive to challenges faced by workers - Great mission and focus - HQ is communicative and transparent - Supervisors are readily available and give great feedback - great culture of training supervisors to give good feedback - Supportive, positive team environment and culture - Super cool coworkers - I very much second the comment about a culture of curiosity and encouraging people to learn new things - Really solid onboarding process that sets clear expectations and helps new workers meet them - Steady flow of work and creativity in supporting contractors in getting hours in on the rare occasions that things do slow down a little

Cons

- The work honestly is very steady. That said, there are some growing pains, as with any startup. Some weeks there isn't a lot of work to do, and then some weeks the goals feel extremely ambitious. But most of the time, it feels like a well-calibrated system and workload and hours are very predictable.

Pros

-Flexible work hours -Remote -Compelling product -Strong leadership -Great culture I have been at Sourceress for over a year and I cannot say praise the leadership and my colleagues enough for making this an excellent place to work! I have made strong friendships here and while yes, there can be pressure at times because it IS a start-up after all, the overall attitude here is friendly and fun! That is not to say that poor work is tolerated, one of the reasons I love it here is because everyone is smart, dedicated, and passionate about what the company is trying to do. If you're not the type of person who is always trying to improve and make an impact, it might not be for you. But if you're someone who thrives when given ownership and accountability knowing that it's OK to fail as long as you get back up, then you will love it here! I read a previous review that said management was "closed off" and "non-responsive." I've found that to be the exact opposite of my experience. Leadership is available and actively responds to messages, concerns, etc. Plus we often do "AMA" with leaders as another way to ask questions and voice thoughts.

Cons

Nothing I can think of.
