      The organization does not seem godly at all. There has been several accounts of mistreatment of employees and outright lies from the administration.

      Pros

      This conference is filled with both spiritual employees and members. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. Some of the Seventh Day Adventist Church's most influential leaders got their start in this conference.

      Cons

      Some of the territory is rural and without great drive one can lose their fire for the work.

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with. Everyone is kind. Only works Monday through Thursdays.

      Cons

      There are alot of cons, but because you only work Monday through Thursday, you work LONG days 9.5 hours a day.
