Under the draconian and oppressive management style of the new company leader, who has been named in an earlier glassdoor post, we have witnessed a catastrophic mass exodus of talented individuals and a merciless destruction of our once cherished company values, vision, and morale. From the moment the new leader assumed the reins, a palpable shift in atmosphere was felt throughout the organization. Gone were the days of open communication, collaboration, and employee empowerment. Instead, an iron-fisted approach replaced camaraderie, stifling any semblance of creativity and leaving employees cowering under an oppressive regime. Staff are thanklessly overstretched, overworked and overloaded, with no understanding or sympathy from the top. This style of management has transformed our workplace into a wasteland of shattered dreams and broken spirits. The disregard for the well-being of employees comes in every perceivable way. The exodus of talent, as the best and brightest flee the suffocating environment, is a damning testament to the failure of this leadership style. Her reign has been marked by a trifecta of rudeness, incompetence, and a startling lack of understanding of the business she leads. She is well known for her abrasive demeanor and disrespectful treatment of employees, which have created an atmosphere of hostility and demoralization. Her glaring incompetence in key decision-making processes has resulted in costly missteps and missed opportunities. Most concerning, however, is her inherent distrust of people, which undermines collaboration and stifles innovation. It is abundantly clear that her leadership style is woefully ill-suited for the demands of our industry, leaving us to question the wisdom of her appointment and the future of our organization under her guidance.
