Most unethical CEO I have ever worked with. 1st red flag was late for the interview. In fact, while I was there, he was always late for interviews and appointments. He always came in yelling at us and blaming us for his companies hardships. Also, there was an understanding that we were supposed to reach certain billing per hour worked. It became somewhat of an internal competition. The pressure made us over bill to meet standards and not get yelled at. This was the main reason I left. CEO acted as if he didn't know about it but would respond viciously when we didn't meet the marks. Other incredibly unethical things were going on that had nothing to with his business in the workplace. I will not go into details online. At the time, the tech exposure was minimal as well. This was a long time ago though. Maybe he has changed. Do people change?
