Pros
There aren't any - unless you're a masochit that likes to be bullied.
Cons
Where to begin. Unsanitary working environments, extremely cliquey, unqualified staff in high positions that are quite clearly family hires with the credentials in this business. Extremely toxic environment and company culture. No clear instructions or real training. You are trained by existing staff members that all do the job differently. Managed by incompetent managers that lack experience in people management. If you are disliked you will be 'constructively managed out' whereby their HR team are happy to lie and fabricate information to support themselves in this. Their most recent scandal of making half of the POD team redundant after employing many new staff members less than a year before this. We were told that they had not received an increase in funding for 4 years, therefore I would not expect them to bring on 10+ new staff members unless there was intention to make redundancies or, quite possibly, just an inability to budget appropriately - either are concerning. Company are ruthless in regards to removing people from the organisation that do not fit the clique or that say no to things outside of their job role. A lot of book passing and chavvy staff, from management to their kids in their own teams. No regard for patient data security either, people starting positions without DBS checks but freely going through patient medical records for 'training'. I feel terrible for their patients and few hardworking staff that remain.
