It has usual benefits. Nothing special.

Cons

They let managers do what they want in the branches. Not experienced enough. Show favortism also. Employees left short handed a lot, and manager will leave for long periods of time on personal business.

Work Hours PTO Work-Life Balance

Favoritism Non-existent Raises Unnecessary AI use EVERYWHERE Pays less than other banks that are keen on selling, while they now take a sales-forward approach for no raise whatsoever Higher-Ups don’t know what being in a branch is like in the modern day
