Pros

I was super happy here for almost a year. The clinic managers and operations leaders were involved, respectful and communicative in both the clinic and corporate environments.

Cons

There was rampant nepotism in the overall organization, and blind favoritism within the Human Capital department, but I was dedicated to the mission and vision of the company. They mistakenly hired me as a salaried employee, and changed me to hourly almost a year into my job, even though they knew I was commuting from east Atlanta to Alpharetta. I asked for a meeting to discuss details and they blew me off. This company and department cares more about falling in line with blind and often erratic instructions, and less about the productivity and professionalism of the Recruiting department. They were not subtle about their desire to replace me with a new college grad for a cheaper rate, even though I had 15 years of experience. Marketing is so naive and inexperienced, they think they’re above everyone in the organization, and have no desire to partner with recruiting. Their marketing content team doesn’t have a grasp on the English language and they value influencers over academics. There was rampant nepotism in the overall organization, and blind favoritism within the Human Capital department, but I was dedicated to the mission and vision of the company. Their physician recruiting team showed up to an irrelevant recruiting event at Morehouse completely underdressed and under prepared.
