They preach about culture and their pyramid where you “Value Everyone” and “Integrity- doing the right thing is always right”, but they don’t honor it. Don’t waste your time even considering giving them a 2 weeks notice, which is the right thing to do, they will tell you to it the door. You’re better off just leaving your last day and then calling in to quit the next scheduled day.
