Pros

most of the people are good to work with, the work is hot but not too hard

Cons

they will drain any good employee of any will to be productive with overwork and lack of compensation. Also HR seems to think they are the wolf of wallstreet and will try to cheat employees out of pay at any oppurtunity.

Pros

Coworkers below the supervisory level are great.

Cons

When your only positive post is from your HR dept., that should speak volumes to prospective employees. The Operator was right. Myself and SO MANY more hadn't seen raises in years. It took me over 2 years just to get an evaluation from my Supervisor. Lower management acts as if they pay raises out of their pockets. Also, you can forget about any kind of employee loyalty. You are every bit as expendable as the person they hired yesterday, despite how long you've been there or how hard you worked. There's 12 people I could name there today that are bewildered as to how some people could be let go while others are still working there. Which brings up point #2: If you like to go into work every day, not being judged on your performance, knowledge or abilities but rather how well you can pucker up to lower management and participate in a popularity contest, then this job is for you! If you're looking for advancement, career growth, banking on a promise of "promotion from within" or seek a company loyal to its employees that will honor your hard work, do yourself a favor and keep looking!
