You'll receive a lot of leave but supervisor delegate when it can be used! Meaning if you have finish your work early they'll give you more tasks to complete then allowing you to utilize your time! The supervisors make up rules along the way & when it's benefical. The individuals that have been at the company the longest are more important that "you" they alway's work with what's best for them first and "you" last! HR isn't there to help you deglate through your issues with your department, they are there to protect the company! Be smart in your conversations and whom you choose to assist you! Paper trail whatever you can! They do not follow documentation from doctor for medical conditions! They run the company to suit the company! The core values of this company they don't live up too!
