Pros

I’ve worked for many party companies over the years, and I’ve never seen another business that puts as much care into performer happiness, clean and high-quality costumes, and maintaining beautiful, accurate wigs. It’s disheartening to see some of the reviews here. Having been part of this team, it’s clear to me where some of those comments are coming from — and it’s unfortunate when former team members choose to leave misleading or unfair reviews after parting ways, especially in situations where the company had to make the difficult decision to let them go. This company genuinely strives to do right by its performers and clients, and I’ve seen that firsthand.

Cons

Honestly, if anything, the owner cares too much. I’ve seen that deep level of care make it hard for her to let someone go, even when it was clear that person wasn’t a good fit. Sometimes that compassion can delay tough decisions — but it always comes from a genuine place of wanting to support and believe in people.

Pros

- Flexible scheduling - Really cool co-workers - Extremely talented performers

Cons

- Management and owner claim to try to be inclusive and progressive, but, in the last several years of working there, I have only ever felt ostracized due to my size (which they've claimed they've been working on for over a year now) and condition - Attempts at providing "representation" are performative, at best - Scheduling is inconsistent; priority is clearly being given to the owner's favorites, despite saying it is based on reviews - Company is often confronted with racism, fat phobia, colorism, and ableism (based on my observations), and the management does not stick up for their employees, for all management likes to pat themselves on the back for their "forward thinking."
