Very toxic corporate culture during my time in role. The leadership team in TA is lacking in direction and skill. There were multiple employees with senior tenure in the company (10+ years or their entire career) and have made no change or improvement to the culture and processes at SCE. The current culture does not provide an environment for growth or learning as leadership will point fingers instead of finding a solution to issues that arise on the job. Within my my first month I attended a few meetings about how the team had no "culture" or "teamwork" within TA and it was easy to see why during my time in role. There have been multiple recruiters here for 6 months or less due to incapable management. The current culture prompts for fear and hinders team camaraderie to trust TA leadership. Leadership and advisors stick to what they have think works for the last several decades..which ultimately has caused continuous turnovers and no team growth.
