Pros
Benefits, great people, variety of locations, good amenities. Outside of company headquarters, the company atmosphere is good, people are friendly, customers are good to work with.
Cons
Cut-throat management style. Back-stabbing is often used to get things done and squash "the opposition" to whatever trend of the day is in vogue. Not the place to be if you're honest, respectful, and want to be in management.
