Pros
They have plenty of work to go around, if you commit to the process laid out, you will make money. Very large network of vendors and subcontractors, this often leads to more opportunities. They pay every Friday.
Cons
Better hope you get the right sales manager, structure is very decentralized and everyone has their own methods. Don't expect much communication from the owner (that's a pro/con though: He's a busy guy). This part is good and bad: it's all insurance work, retail leads will be self generated mostly. Insurance work takes way more time to pay out and the draw system here (in my opinion) is just ok. You better make sure you keep track of everything, if you don't have a picture of a check they will not pay you (while understandable to a degree), one small mistake in detail and your pay is held.
