New leadership is in place with a new CEO and CAO, and there have been other changes in the senior management that is really starting to make a difference. The new leadership realizes that there are good employees here and they want to take care of them. They are listening and getting the right people in place to lead. There is a ways to go, but the future is promising.

Past leadership was terrible and ran the place to the bones. There is still a hole to dig out of but new leadership is making a difference.
