Pros
The environment is calm and relaxed. Professors are very smart, and have a high capacity of knowledge of the construction industry as a whole. Employee are more than willing to teach and assist students when asked.
Cons
Actual work for GA was not specified to all candidates. Some workers had semester long projects. This left other workers with just busy work to complete for daily tasks. Did not get a good sense of high level work experience in the construction industry from some employees.
