The owner was fantastic to work with—kind, helpful, and always supportive. The job itself was flexible, allowing for a good balance between work and personal time. It was nice being able to contribute to the team and be a part of the auction process.

The role itself was a bit unclear. I was expected to work as though I had a part-time or full-time position but was compensated as a freelancer, which didn’t feel consistent.
