Pros
There are no pros to speak of. This company is awful
Cons
This is hands-down the worst company I have ever worked for. In my several weeks with them, I spent far more money out of pocket than I actually earned. The compensation and operational structure is highly problematic and, in my experience, borderline exploitative:
- Employees are required to purchase their own company-branded shirts and apparel.
- Workers must buy and maintain all necessary equipment and tools, including measuring devices, an iPad, job-specific apps, and other materials.
- There is no gas reimbursement, even though many leads are 2+ hours away in remote areas (often rundown properties).
- As a commission-only role, employees are required to attend 3–4 unpaid 2 hour meetings or training sessions per week.
- Benefits are extremely poor.
- Their pricing is significantly higher than competitors,
After leaving, the company also refused to pay me commissions on 5–6 installs I had already sold and that were scheduled to be completed.
Having spent my entire career in sales, I have never encountered a more one-sided and unsustainable model. It effectively shifts almost every business expense onto the employee, which is why the turnover of employees is absolutely insane.
I strongly recommend that anyone considering working here carefully reconsider. In my opinion, it is best to stay far away from this company.
