Pros
Excellent supervisor-employee relationships. Faculty and staff and exceptional in their fields. Most employees genuinely wish you and the University success.
Cons
The upper management is murky and confusing. There is very little reward for skill and/or longevity. Promotions are based on personal opinions, not merit. There is a limited amount of female representation at the top of the chain. Women who are promoted to upper-level positions seem to still lack the authority of the men in similar or identical positions.
