Poorly organized. No structure. Owners portray an image they don't live up to. They have very high expectations of employees with below satisfactory results. Instead of correcting the issues with employees they attempt to make them quit as not to pay unemployment benefits by any means necessary. Research the company online to see supporting evidence.
