Pros

Family-type experience and collaborative environment

Cons

No formal training! Treated as an idiot when asking intelligent questions. A lot of nepotism with less than 35 full-time employees Breaking State and Federal Laws with social security numbers unmasked!!! Managers are not professional! HR Rep has no business sense.

Pros

- managers give you the standard operating procedures but do not micro manage - I have the freedom to go above and beyond my job description - company recognizes when I perform above and beyond the job description and give feedback when I am not doing what is required of me. -company has a company wide bonus structure paid out quarterly based on team metrics -leaders work with you to make sure you’re successful. -all members are supportive of each other.

Cons

-because it is a small business, everyone has to do their part and when people are sick or don’t show up, everyone must step in and help (and they do)

Pros

They can treat you like family. They are flexible with breaks and lunch. They encourage you to do your job well by giving every employee a bonus at the end of the year. They have benefits and PTO, Vacation and sick time. They all are friends and close family, so if you perfom well, so will they , and they know it so they treat you well. Everyone is happy and smiling, the work environment is awesome. Each team member backs everyone up.

Cons

UNLESS YOUR FAMILY OR SOME LIFE FRIEND.....u better act perfect. If you happen to vent about a co-worker that u might have issues with, most likely they are related in some way and will tell that person. The president WILL FOR A FACT hear about ANYTHING that comes out of your mouth and her pride is her downfall. SO, if your not related in ANY way, you better be perfect to keep your job. If they ask you to share new ideas and advice, "DON'T". They ask for advice and If you come up with ideas and new procedures... do it humbly.. in their eyes, the company is perfect and ANY idea you have as advice means they are not doing good enough. With the amount of Ego in that place, you just can't win , even if your the best person for them.
