Great work-life balance, but poor management and funding issues - Business Manager Southwark Council Employee Review

We're delighted to hear that you really felt there was commitment to the local residents from our staff, this is all part of our Southwark Values and commitments to our Residents so it's great to see this shone through. We understand your view on restructures and that it can be unsettling and feel unnecessary but this situation would only occur after having undergone a vigorous process before being agreed upon as a course of action.
