Pros
Loved the patients, providers are respectful and skilled.
Cons
So much money is spent on recruitment and very little on retention. They'd rather pay travelers 3x what they pay the staff that chooses to stay. Lateral workplace violence/bullying is rampant. High turnover, yet no exit interviews from HR? Don't they want to know why their employees are leaving? I'm local, but I'd rather commute an hour each way then work here again.
