Lovely admin and reception staff Some Management are good leaders and have good insight but most of those have left.
Cons
Dreadful operations Poor pay Poor development Grimy offices Backward mentality Awful atmosphere in office like being in a POW camp Family run business which Daughters are paid more than other staff and get bonuses etc when no one else does. No career progression at all CEO is actually mad
