This company is smaller but it really feels like family. The owner and his partner are the absolute most amazing guys I have ever worked for. If you want to learn and grow in your engineering career, this place is it! Everyone is there to help each other and I feel I am now a better engineer because of them.

I can’t think of any except I wish they were country wide so I didn’t have to go to a new company when moved!

Easy going company with totally relaxed office environment. Very understanding and accommodating. Benefits are pretty good and pays well. They've treated me very well over the years.

Company lacks structure and rules are not the same for everyone. It's a super relaxed culture which isn't always good. Not much room for advancement. Lacking structure in PTO means you can work there for many years and still have the same amount of vacation days as when you started.
