Patient treatment is the paramount concern of the organization, CEO is always concerned with patient care before counting his profits, he's extremely knowledgeable and generous to a fault. He hires experienced management that assists in training others. The professional atmosphere and adherence to standards is impressive in an organization of this kind. Salary's are good and there's always room for advancement. I like the culture, everyone is accessible when you need them. People don't hesitate to jump in when additional assistance is needed and management is very supportive of our efforts.
