Pros
There are none at this time. You are offered the world but that is only to keep you from leaving. They do not keep their promises. There is always an excuse as to why raises or promotions are not going to happen.
Cons
You are expected to live and breathe Sovereign but they offer you nothing in return. They take take take and eventually they discard you when you ask for proper compensation for what you do. No raise for average employees but upper management gets them.
