- Unique job - Great for creatives - Historically very intriguing

- Discrimination rife throughout the organisation - Inability to progress, especially for females - 'Boys club' culture which is dismissed as "how its always been" - Favouritism, and unjust selection of who gets scripts, opportunities, training etc. - No penalty rates on weekends - Middle and upper management who are micromanaging at best, and dangerous and incompetent at their worst - Toxic culture which propagates 'man-up' culture to serious breaches of OHS - Distinct lack of mental health support - Blatant disregard of employee wellbeing and longterm health

Great work colleagues, interesting and variety. There are a multitude of roles and positions from being a Redcoat to working in Retail. Wearing period costume every day is great fun as well as the diverse visitors who we perform for.

No real cons, the pay and conditions are reasonably good for a regional setting.
